On Friday, May 6, 2011, Debbie Roberts, licensed massage therapist (LMT), of Massage & Fitness Professionals of the Treasure Coast presented Simply Fit, an informative, “lunch & learn,” series presented with Mona Salisbury. Guests were afforded an opportunity to learn about adopting a healthier lifestyle for their families. Roberts and Salisbury know all too well that this can be a challenging thing in today’s fast-paced and economically stressful times. Roberts provided guests with expert insight into why extra weight can mean a serious build-up of toxins and nutritional deficiencies.

Massage & Fitness Professionals of the Treasure Coast now offer this weekly teaching series FREE to any one interested in understanding why it is necessary for all to add additional protein and fiber to our daily diets, and the program offers tips to increase energy and detoxify. Whether it is to lose weight or to continue your path to healthy living, this series is for you!!
