Students attended to become a certified flexibility coaches or just take as a workshop to flow from flexibility to massage with mastery. In Robert’s expert hands, students discovered how to incorporate flexibility into any massage routine. By effortlessly integrating PNF stretching, muscle Energy, Active Isolated Stretching, and basic yoga postures into the sessions, students learned how to add another layer of healing to his or her practice, setting them apart from other therapists.

Some additional benefits for Flexibility Certification for students:
  • For the Client:  Promotes relaxation, reduces muscular tension and pain, helps lower blood pressure, and improves circulation and oxygen intake.
  • For the Therapist:  Expands his or her client base, reduces stress on his or her body, increases his or her income potential, and is a great self-help tool.

This program instructs the LMT on how and when to stretch their clients, plus how to use stretching as a therapeutic tool when clients are too sensitive to tolerate hands-on myofascial teachniques. This modality greatly enhances their appeal to amateur and pro athletes in the field of golf, baseball, tennis, football, volleyball, etc. When students leave the workshop, he or she has acquired the skill to lead small group flexibility classes.
